Turquoise has been revered since ancient times as a symbol of great wealth, wisdom and protection and has a long history of use by kings, shamans and warriors. The name of this blue-green mineral is derived from French, meaning “Turkish stone”. Associated with the fifth/throat chakra, this necklace rests perfectly at the collar bone to activate clear communication.
